Shipping policy

Free US shipping on every order.
Every Proactive Threads order ships free anywhere in the United States, with no minimum.

Processing time
Orders are packed by hand in Bend, Oregon, and ship within [2 to 4] business days. During launches and busy times it may take a little longer, and we'll let you know if there's a delay.

Delivery time
We ship with USPS Ground Advantage. Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship.

Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number.

Where we ship
We currently ship only within the United States, including PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Address issues
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong, we'll contact you to send it again, and you may have to pay the reshipping cost.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and wait a day, since USPS sometimes marks orders delivered early. Still nothing? Email us at hello@proactivethreads.com and we'll help sort it out. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within [7] days and we'll make it right.
